CANCELLATION POLICY
A card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. I ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. The booking website will only allow you to modify your appointment if it’s within the 12 hour window. If you do not cancel within the 12 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service total. No call, no shows are charged 100% of the service total. If the card on file is declined for the service total, you will be banned from booking any future appointments until it’s paid. If you are any more than 7 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no show and will be charged the no show fee. Please communicate with me via text if you are running behind and I will try to accommodate you!
